Mayo who played at Chaminade in St Louis previously, followed HS teammate and Michigan commit Tarris Reed to Branson last year. He averaged 13 ppg, 5rbs, 4 assists at Chaminade as a jr. Really like this kid, 6'3 , physical , best attributes are his defense, rebounding and he plays hard. Combo guy looking to play pg at the d-1 level. 3 star with previous offers from SLU, Pepperdine, SIU Edwardsville among others. 247 Sports Eric Bossey describes Mayo as "pound for pound , one of the hardest playing and most competitve players in the 2022 class".
