MVC targeting Valpo & Murray State to create 11 team league

That's a required formality and nothing more. Of course an answer to whether or not we would accept is already in place. That's why we pay our administrators.

Again: Good luck to all who want to join up---to me both Valpo AND Murray State make the most sense--but I guess sense does not always rule the day---

The crickets we are hearing, leads me to believe there is more than one school in this scenario. I believe the Valley will grow by at least two members when an announcement is finally made. The other thought is maybe there is a "surprise" candidate being discussed (St. Louis or Belmont) as well. Just my thoughts on this Tuesday morning.

It's also possible that Murray St has some issues to work out re: moving football. That doesn't rule out what you state above, but could explain the lack of noise post meeting. Just speculation on my part.
