Marty tried something different tonite, the offense wasn't centered on screens for DJ but working the ball inside to Mock. He also let the team play up tempo more in the open court which allowed both guards Brown and Gibson to end up in double figures in scoring. The players actually appeared to be enjoying themselves with a lot of smiles and high fives as opposed to the last game in which they played emotionless.

Aces won easily last night....by feeding the ball to the post and running a lot of the offense thru Mock and Mislav Brzoja.

Next up: @ Louisiana-Lafayette Rajun Cajuns on Thursday night

I live in the Houston area and plan on driving over to Lafayette, LA on Thursday afternoon to watch the Aces. Is anyone else planning to attending this game to root for the Aces?

Congrats to UE.

I see that DJ played 40 minutes in an easy win. Keep building for the future, Marty.

Tough roadie for the Aces tonight in the CIT. UE has a chance to make the CIT semis with a road win at LA-Monroe. Great job so far Aces of repping the Valley in the CIT....keep it up with a BIG road win tonight.

Go ACES!!
