Wouldn't Rayvonte Rice be on your transfer out list??

It said "best", and DU Bulldog listed the best transfer in and the best transfer out in his opinion. I would agree with is opinion as far back as I can remember. I assume JCs don't count.
Rice would probably be the "best" transfer out in the past five years.

Drakes transfers who were still playing this season would have demolished the team we had. That's what happens when you hire an inept coach who is somehow attractive to recruits.

Just to clarify....I'm pretty sure Drakey was referring to Drake's previous coach, not the current coach.

OUT--Doug McDermott wasn't really a transfer, but he did sign here. Other than that we have such a short history there really isn't anyone of substance. JeVon Lyle started at Milwaukee for a year.

Doug technically counts as a transfer

Did he receive aid and take classes at UNI?

I'd also like to add Karon Bradley as a positive transfer in for WSU. Played on Final 4 team at Marquette with Duane Wade and helped lead WSU to the Sweet 16 in 2006.

He was enrolled and on scholarship. He never started the class but had enrolled.

Once you sign a LOI the transfer rules apply - which is why UNI could have enforced the 2 year in conference transfer rule if they wanted to fight that PR mess.

Sometimes the transfer rules apply. Sometimes the leagues decides to ignore them.

They did the same thing to UNI.

The MVC announced they wouldn't enforce the rules regarding Mc$$ before UNI, or sCUm, had released a statement acknowledging the situation.

The MVC was so giddy to have McDouche back in the conference they decided to go against their own rules quicker than the schools could react to the rumors.

Loyola

In - Carl Golston (Wisconsin), Andre Moore (UIC), Milton Doyle (Kansas)
Out - Chris Williams (Ball State), Tyrelle Blair (Boston College)

Chris Williams scored 1291 points in two years at Ball State, but they didn't make the NCAA tournament either of his two years there. But the most damaging transfer out, in my opinion, was 6'11" center Tyrelle Blair, who went to Boston College and made the ACC All-Defensive team as a senior. He later played in the D-league. He would have been a monster player in the Horizon League from 2005-07, and a key factor on Loyola teams that went 19-11 without him in 2005-06 and 21-11 in 2006-07. Had he stayed, maybe Butler doesn't make the tourney in 2007, maybe they don't get the players that take them to the NCAA Final in 2010 and 2011, and maybe neither Butler or Loyola leaves the HL.

He may not have played a game there, but Jerry Sloan transferred from Illinois to the University of Evansville where he earned his basketball recognition and graduated.

In the last 10yrs for the Birds...

In- Champ Oguchi (Oregon)

Out- Nic Moore (SMU), Reggie Lynch (Minnesota)

This goes back 17 years but you could argue Rico Hill leaving for the draft
